1. MEASURE YOUR FOOT

To measure your foot, stand up and put your bare foot on a white sheet, blocking the heel against a wall. Draw a line in front of the end of the big toe and measure the distance in cm between the edge of the sheet and the line.

It is common to have one foot larger than the other. We also offer soles or half-soles for more comfort.

Measure your waist at the point where your belt will fit. This value will be your guide for choosing your belt size. Then choose the size that's closest to this measurement. If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the one above.
Some Mellow Yellow belts are available in one size only, to fit most body shapes.
